Shipments may be received and stored for up to five days prior to move-in. RiverCenter staff must deliver shipments to exhibitor's booth. Marked, emptied containers are removed, stored and returned to the exhibitor's booth. Properly tagged shipments will be placed at the dock or loaded onto the carrier's truck as needed. The RiverCenter is NOT responsible for making arrangements with carriers, payment for shipping, etc. The Exhibitor is responsible for shipping labels, accurate bills of lading and all other shipping arrangements.
Installation/Dismantle Services
RiverCenter offers Proceed and Do Not Proceed installation dismantle services. Forklift service is available to exhibitors.
Proceed Service: RiverCenter staff will supervise and set up/dismantle your exhibit during regular hours of move-in as crew becomes available. This work will be done without the supervision or involvement of the exhibitor. Exhibits must contain complete instructions, plans, part inventory, hardware and any special tools required for assembly. This is the default service if none is indicated.
Do Not Proceed Service: The RiverCenter will supply crew to be directly supervised by the exhibitor. The crew will be billed to the exhibitor beginning at the requested start time.
