The RiverCenter has reopened!
Our highest priority continues to be the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and clients. Rest assured, the RiverCenter continues to take the necessary precautions to ensure our guests feel safe and comfortable while visiting the facility.
We are following guidelines that are in compliance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Scott County Health Department, and best practices developed by a VenuWorks working group specifically focused on the reopening of our venue.
Employees are using cleaning products and following procedures recommended by the CDC and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide a safe building environment.
We strongly recommend that patrons and employees regularly monitor their personal health. Furthermore, we encourage our guests and workers to stay home and seek care if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
Face coverings must be worn during ingress and egress and to move through common areas. Once a patron reaches their seat in a properly distanced area, removal of masks to consume food and beverage will be permitted. Masks are strongly encouraged, but not required, once a patron is in their assigned seat.
